Guest Guidelines:
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied with an adult
- USCG approved flotation devices only may be worn in the pool; these are provided by the Parks Department at no charge to guests Lifejacket
- Guests with special needs are welcome- Staff is pleased to provide assistance
- Pets are not permitted, working dogs are welcome
- Swimming is prohibited during a storm
- Tobacco, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited
- City Weapons Ordinance strictly enforced
- Headphones must be used with radios
- Reservations are encouraged for large groups
- Parks Department is not responsible for personal property
- Parks Department reserves the right to take photographs or videos for future use
We reserve the right to deny access or demand immediate exit from the parks under the following circumstances:
- Your behavior affects the safety and comfort of others
- You are suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- You have excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts or bandages
Indiana Health Department requires the following at every public swimming pool:
- Rubber/plastic pants must be worn over all diapers
- Bathing suits are required in the water
- Glass containers are not permitted
- Coolers are not allowed in swimming facilities and food may only be eaten in designated areas
