Looking for an activity that’s more than just a fitness program? Clear your mind, strengthen your body, and touch your spirit with Shari Gass and Lisa Banu. Yoga combines asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breath work) to achieve flexibility, strength, balance and calm. A range of classes are offered to best fit each student's needs. Private and semi-private lessons are available on request.
Hatha yoga combines the postures and breathing techniques to achieve flexibility, strength, balance and calmness of mind.
Gentle Restorative Yoga
Those seeking relaxation, stress reduction, or deep stretch will enjoy the soothing pace of this hour long class. Props are used to support the body. Breath work, meditation, and deep relaxation are part of this class. Appropriate for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Poses are connected with breath to increase strength, endurance, and inner calm. Appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners.
